Glowfhilo Body
Following the success of her award-winning, press-favourite Glowfhilo, Dr Paris developed the protocol to go beyond the face, to deeply nourish, restore radiance and recondition skin on the body.
Glowfhilo Body is unique in its design as it tackles common skin concerns from multiple angles, exfoliating away dead skin cells, promoting cellular renewal and targeting discolouration, all while deeply hydrating and boosting collagen levels and elastin production. Glowfhilo Body is typically used to target areas such as the neck, décolletage, abdomen, hands and knees, all of which are prone to developing lines, crepey skin and skin laxity during the ageing process.
Combining a PCA Skin no-peel peel (renowned for its ability to subtly transform skin quality) with the glow-inducing, remodelling effects of Profhilo, this treatment is the ultimate in skin rejuvenation.

TREATMENT INFORMATION
-
Your patient journey starts with a chat by phone – or email – to discuss your treatment objectives and the results you are looking to achieve.
We then arrange an in-depth consultation with Dr Paris in clinic, to assess your skin (body/face) and decide the optimal treatment choices for you.
Virtual consultations are also possible, with the reassurance that we always then assess you in person before undertaking any treatment, to get a clear understanding of your unique skin and physiology.
When creating your treatment plan, the goal is long-term, sustainable improvements for your skin and overall wellbeing, with continuous care throughout your time with us. The initial consultation helps us ascertain the best options for you, whether that's simply popping in for occasional body treatments, medifacials or entrusting us with longer term rejuvenation.
You'll be able to ask any questions and, particularly if you are considering treatments such as injectables for the first time, we'll make sure you are fully informed and comfortable with all the options. In short, you're in safe hands and we'll guide you through, led by how you're hoping to feel after treatment.
The range of aesthetic treatments can be overwhelming so we're here to advise you on the best path for you and there is never any pressure to book treatment. -
Dr Paris created Glowfhilo Body for patients looking for a non-invasive option to improve skin quality and combat natural ageing on the body, with the benefits of replenishing moisture, stimulating collagen production, enhancing skin texture and reducing laxity.
It is particularly effective as an anti-ageing treatment for areas such as the hands, neck, décolletage, upper arms, abdomen, thighs and knees, which lose elasticity and firmness with age, leading to increased skin laxity and the development of lines, as well as the appearance of age spots and pigmentation.
Glowfhilo Body is ideal for:before a significant event (such as a wedding or holiday), to refine skin texture and tone
those seeking smoother skin & a reduction in the appearance of sun damage, cellulite / dimpling or other liwomen in their late 30s/40s onwards (when natural collagen production decreases significantly) who are seeking a treatment for wrinkly hands, a crepey chest, neck lines, dull skin or areas of the body which are starting to losing their tone / firmness
women in perimenopause / menopause, when hormonal changes dramatically affect skin structure
those in their late 20s, seeking preventative measures to maintain skin quality before skin loses elasticity
older patients through their 70s, wishing to restore skin hydration and tone non-invasively
busy professionals, wanting to address ageing signs on the body, without invasive procedures or lengthy downtime
As with any treatment, you'll always have a consultation with us first to identify if this (or another) treatment aligns with your treatment goals.

Our exclusive Glowfhilo Body is an innovative dual-phase treatment that combines gentle chemical exfoliation with deep hydration to address multiple skin concerns on targeted body areas. Its primary uses are as a 'glowing skin' treatment and as a treatment for skin laxity and crepey skin.
The treatment begins with the PCA NoPeel Peel, a mild chemical exfoliant that effectively removes dead skin cells and brightens skin without causing visible peeling. This preparatory step improves and smooths skin's texture and makes it more receptive for the next treatment phase.
Profhilo (a pure hyaluronic acid complex, sometimes referred to as an injectable moisturiser) is then injected by Dr Paris into strategic points of the treatment area. Unlike traditional fillers, Profhilo spreads evenly beneath the skin, creating a biostimulating network that triggers the production of collagen and elastin, by activating fibroblast cells in the dermis. This process continues over 3-6 months, providing ongoing regenerative benefits and intense hydration due to hyaluronic acid's exceptional water-binding properties.
The synergy from these two components makes Glowfhilo Body particularly effective for areas prone to ageing and laxity (such as the neck, décolletage, abdomen, hands and knees). While the peel element improves surface texture and addresses issues such as pigmentation, Profhilo works at a deeper level to enhance skin structure, firmness and hydration. Together, they combat dullness, dehydration and early signs of ageing, resulting in a natural, long-lasting radiance with minimal downtime.Item description -

Profhilo and Profhilo Body are essentially the same injectable skin remodelling product, with a slight difference in formulation. Profhilo is used primarily to treat the face, and Profhilo Body to treat larger areas of skin on the body. Both are designed to address dull skin, skin laxity, fine lines and crepey skin, by stimulating collagen and elastin production to improve skin radiance, firmness and elasticity.
The formulation for Profhilo Body differs slightly as it contains a higher concentration of hyaluronic acid (HA); this is to address the more pronounced skin laxity and texture changes skin on the body experiences (due to factors such as sun exposure, hormonal changes and weight fluctuations). By delivering this higher dose of HA, Profhilo® Body provides deeper hydration and more intense stimulation of collagen and elastin production (skin's natural rejuvenation process), making it particularly effective for areas with loose or crepey skin.
Patients having a Profhilo Body (or Glowfhilo) treatment also receive a Profhilo Body Patch and Body Cream to help soothe, moisturise, firm and hydrate the skin post-treatment, further optimising results.
Profhilo Body (and Glowfhilo) is typically used on areas such as the hands, neck, décolletage, inner arms, abdomen, thighs and knees.

Crepey skin is characterised by a thin, fragile texture resembling crepe paper, hence the name. This change in skin arises from a combination of intrinsic ageing processes and external factors that affect skin structure and elasticity. As we age, our skin's natural production of collagen and elastin diminishes, leading to thinner skin and the formation of fine lines and wrinkles. Prolonged exposure to ultraviolet (UV) rays from the sun breaks down collagen and elastin fibres, accelerating the ageing process and contributing to crepey skin. Additionally, factors such as hormonal changes, rapid weight fluctuations, smoking, dehydration and certain medications can further compromise skin's integrity, making it more susceptible to a crepey appearance. Women are particularly susceptible as they have thinner skin than men and experience a significant loss of hormones around perimenopause and menopause.

Dull skin on the body can result from a number of internal and external factors, often in combination which means you experience a noticeable decrease in natural radiance. A buildup of dead skin cells is fairly common, when skin's natural shedding process slows down or becomes inefficient. This may be due to the ageing process, where skin cell turnover decreases, leading to a buildup of dead cells on the surface. Dry / cold weather or central heating can also contribute to this accumulation by stripping moisture from the skin, making it harder for dead cells to shed. Additionally, ineffective cleansing, a lack of exfoliation and not using a suitable moisturiser can hinder the removal of dead skin cells, allowing them to accumulate and potentially clog pores.
Dehydration is also a primary contributor to dull skin; when the skin lacks moisture, it can appear dry and lose its glow. Environmental factors such as pollution and sun exposure can also damage the skin, leading to a buildup of dead skin cells that obscure the skin's natural glow. Additionally, lifestyle like poor nutrition, a lack of good quality sleep and / or high stress levels can negatively impact skin health, making it look tired and dull.

Body contouring treatments are popular in the lead up to holidays and events such as weddings, honeymoon and significant birthdays as they help to tone and subtly shape the body in a relatively short window, with little to no downtime.
A treatment course like Glow & Sculpt (or PowerSculpt on its own) improves muscle tone, helps to burn fat, reduces inflammation (eliminating spots, for instance) and refines contours within about 4 weeks.
